Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude / skills / knowledge
  • High school graduation / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Valid Driver’s license & good driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to bend, stoop, twist, carry, push & pull and must be able to go up and down steps
  • Able to reach and lift overhead
  • Able to utilize mechanical tools & devices
  • Own tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to read / understand books/ catalogs/ diagrams
  • Excellent internal / external customer service and communication
  • Able to effectively work with a team
  • Able to remain alert and attentive to job duties and safety
  • Post-offer physical examinations required as condition of employment

Additional Preferences:

  • Able to apply repair time knowledge
  • Able to prepare repair orders
  • Able to troubleshoot
  • Computer skills / knowledge
  • Valid Class “A” Commercial Driver’s License preferred
