GENERAL JOB SUMMARY: This position will be responsible for providing parts support to customers through phone, email, and counter sales. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate parts or services, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High school degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent organizational, scheduling, & communication skills
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Able to stoop, bend, twist, push & pull
Able to reach & lift overhead
Able to go up & down steps
Able to remain alert & attentive to job duties
Basic math skills
Ability to read / understand books/ catalogs/ diagrams
Post-offer testing required as condition of employment
