Customer Sales

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:  This position will be responsible for providing parts support to customers through phone, email, and counter sales. This role focuses on identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate parts or services, processing orders, and delivering excellent customer service.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Service Technician

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude / skills / knowledge
  • High school graduation / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Valid Driver’s license & good driving record
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to bend, stoop, twist, carry, push & pull and must be able to go up and down steps
  • Able to reach and lift overhead
  • Able to utilize mechanical tools & devices
  • Own tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Able to read / understand books / catalogs / diagrams
  • Excellent internal / external customer service and c
