Inland Truck Parts has been selling gear parts since it began in 1944 and we
began to remanufacture differentials and transmissions in the early 70's. We
remanufacture differentials, transmissions, transfer cases, and auxiliaries for
heavy, medium, and light duty trucks, as well as some off road equipment. We
have complete gear shops in 24 of our locations with 4 locations acting as
remanufacturing hubs. We employ approximately 70 gear mechanics.
We carry a broad range of inventory both in individual products and complete
remanufactured differentials and transmissions. Our gear shops offer complete
units for sale, we can modify existing stock units to make them saleable, we
can custom remanufacture our customer's unit, mount his transmission PTO for
him, install his cross shafts, mount his shift stick, or we can install his end
yoke. Inland Truck Parts will also dyno test the transmissions we manufacture
on a manual transmission tester. This tester allows us to check the transmission
for noise, shifting, pop out, air system integrity and function, and oil
leakage. Not only does this insure the best possible finished product but also
it makes Inland Truck Parts unique. We are the only company testing its finished
product in many of the markets we are in.
